One of the biggest features of our online SketchUp learning platform, is the level of support that we provide to students as they progress through their course.  This also sets us apart from many existing online learning portals.

We know how daunting it can feel, to learn something new, (we've been there!), so we've made it a priority to include ongoing support to all students.  It's basically a massive 'virtual' group hug!

Dedicated E-mail Support

Once a course has been purchased, every student is automatically entitled to a maximum of 2 hours *e-mail support.  This can be used for assistance when navigating the online learning platform, or for additional guidance when learning SketchUp.  Simply contact us and get chattin'!

Online Community and Discussion Forum

There's nothing better than being able to chat and/or offer support to fellow students, experiencing the same learning curve as you.  That's why we've included discussion forums for all registered users. Everyone is welcome to post topics and is fully encouraged to participate in discussion, to offer support, exchange ideas and discuss their experiences.

And more importantly, this is a great way to showcase your finished floor plans. We LOVE seeing our students' work!

We'll also be keeping an eye on forum discussion, to offer live, ongoing support and will use the forum as a means of providing additional tips when using SketchUp.

Not only are you able to view the forums on our online learning platform, once you register, but you'll also have your own dedicated profile page, where you'll be able to edit your settings, receive (and send) private messages, view important notifications, keep track of enrolled courses and also your account (purchases).
